The National Association for Pelvic Health — Japan (NAPH) works so that anyone in Japan can find reliable information about pelvic floor health and a specialist they can talk to. Most of this website is in Japanese; this page summarizes who we are and how to reach us.
What we do

Explanations of urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, postpartum and men’s pelvic health, written in Japanese for the public.
Finding a specialist
A directory of participating clinics and hospitals across Japan. Listing order is never affected by membership fees or sponsorship.
Visit memo
A short self-check that produces a printable memo patients can hand to their doctor. It is not a diagnosis.
Research and disclosure
Surveys on pelvic health in Japan, and full disclosure of conflicts of interest and sponsorship.
NAPH is not a medical institution and cannot answer questions about individual symptoms, diagnosis or treatment. We do not endorse specific products or treatments.
